I bridge the gap between people, technology, and resources. Leveraging my expertise in process management and high-voltage systems, I lead complex energy projects with an uncompromising focus on safety, reliability, and technological innovation.

I manage critical infrastructure (including battery storage and high-voltage stations) that safely and efficiently powers millions of homes around the clock, directly accelerating our transition to a cleaner future.

CONSULTANCY & ADVICE

I provide practical advice on project planning, contractor selection, and risk management. Using hands-on experience, I identify issues early, optimize O&M strategies, and translate technical challenges into clear, actionable insights for BESS and HV assets.
BESS MANAGEMENT

I manage large-scale BESS projects from groundbreaking to handover, coordinating civil and electrical works. Specialized in Tesla Megapacks and MV transformers, I act as the main contact for contractors, clients, and grid operators to deliver safely, on time, and within budget.
HIGH VOLTAGE MANAGEMENT

I oversee construction and commissioning of HV systems, including 380kV GIS. Leading multidisciplinary teams, I align civil, mechanical, and electrical workstreams while ensuring grid compliance from factory testing through to final energisation.
ON SITE MAINTENANCE

I lead planned and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime and reliability. I manage subcontractors, structure service schedules, and oversee SCADA checks and transformer servicing while ensuring OEM compliance and acting as the link between site and stakeholders.

My technical expertise is grounded in a bachelor’s degree in engineering and over twenty years of hands-on experience in the energy sector, the latter spanning everything from site management and maintenance to overseeing interim projects and building teams.

My ‘black belt’ in LEAN MRO methodology from the University of Tennessee taught me how to optimize workflows and create organisational value, while the demands of earning a black belt in judo instilled in me the values of hard work, dedication, humility and persistence.

I’m a nature lover, avid cyclist, keen surfer and father of three.
