I believe climate change calls for effective action, so I’m passionate about using my process management skills and in-depth knowledge of high voltage to contribute to the process of energy transition.

– Currently building one of the largest substations in the Netherlands –

My technical expertise is grounded in a bachelor’s degree in engineering and over twenty years of hands-on experience in the energy sector, the latter spanning everything from site management and maintenance to overseeing interim projects and building teams.

My ‘black belt’ in LEAN MRO methodology from the University of Tennessee taught me how to optimize workflows and create organisational value, while the demands of earning a black belt in judo instilled in me the values of hard work, dedication, humility and persistence.

I’m a nature lover, avid cyclist, keen surfer and father of three.
